DAVIES Herald Farm Editor Ceremonies Thursday, highlighted by the turning of the sod and ending with the roar of a bulldozer as it dug into the earth, officially launched construction work on the Red River valley potato research establishment on highway No. 2 at the east edge of East Grand Forks. Work on the main structure of the three-building plant, which is the first step in the long range program of the Red River Valley Potato Growers association, will be rushed in an effort to have it completed by the middle of December.
